For many who have recently attended NT Live or who are wondering more about the program - it’s birth, genesis, and future - here is a terrific look into it’s gestation via David Sabel, our Head of Digital Media and Producer of NT Live.
Part of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office’s ‘See Britain through my eyes’ series in October 2010, David talks about his admiration for Britain’s commitment to opening up theatre to as many people as possible, and how public subsidies for organizations like the National help ensure ticket prices remain low.
